I'm totally laughing at Cookie Monster! I just read the Cookie Monster circle book yesterday to my three year old students. Did you know that cookies are the perfect circles? ;)

Love all the cookie exchange recipes! May have to try more than a couple of them for a cookie exchange with my sorority sisters. And, yes, I remember those same tins as well as the Manor Bread man tins. Yummy good memories.
And we have occasionally traveled through Aberdeen on the way back from Dickenson, ND. Gene's uncle married a lovely Czechoslovakia lady whose sisters would gather for holiday baking. All wonderful cooks.
