Happy St. Paddy's Day to you!
I'll be toasting the saint with caramelized onions and goat cheese pizza (leftovers) while the rest of the family (the real Irish ones) will be having corned beef, cabbage, and Guinness.

Happy St. Paddy's Day! As I told Michele (yes, that one up above me), Beloved and I are going to be celebrating in The Great Irish Tradition of barbecuing spare ribs. (Hey, the weather is actually NICE and WARM today!!) And yes, we are both wearing green...in fact, after reviewing my closet this morning, I seem to have a ridiculous amount of green clothing.

I don't think we are having Guinness, but crock pot corned beef and cabbage is at home on the counter. (The best way to make corned beef.)

I'd like a Guiness at my desk right now.
